I spent 10 years living and working in the Champagne region of France and I know where to find some fabulous champagnes that you’ll rarely, if ever, see in any supermarket or wine shop.

The Merlin, in Alderley Edge, is our host and they will be offering a selection of canapés to ensure your taste buds are pampered throughout the evening.
